The location is good, convenient to access by train and bus.
I asked for a lower level room as travelling with old peoples, but was provided on the top (3rd) floor. The room is big but hot and noisy. Worest part is the noise from downstairs recepcian office. It seems that somebody argueing quite loudly with the staff from 4am until 5:30am, we all were waken up by the noise.
The room was very clean and well heated. The beds were very comfortable. Moreover it was only 8-10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. It is a very, very good value for money Hotel.I would highly recommend it.
The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was very poor (two fried eggs with two 2 toast slices and some jams, coffee, tea, juice and yogurt).
The location was excellent the staff were very friendly.
There was a stain on the ceiling which took away from the room and also the light shade was in ribbons it should be replaced. There was a strong odour in the room some plug in air freshners would really help.
We all enjoyed our stay the beds where good as was the faciltes the bathroom was really well done very clean and very welcoming we will be staying there again.
Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. No "hidden extras" on the bill (i.e. free wifi) the breakfast was a better standard than most budget hotels in London. Rooms recently refurbished to good standard.
Room a bit noisy as it fronted a main road.
Location for this trip. Seemed newly refurbished.
Very small room. Booked twin room and got a double bed which was very cramped. Noisy at front of hotel due to busy road and pedestrian crossing - had to sleep with window open as hot.
the stuff so kindly and it is very cheap
The staff were brilliant
The breakfast in the morning could be alot better
Stayed here for a concert at Sheperds Bush Empire which is only a 5min walk away. The hotel and room were clean and tidy and more than adequate for our use. After the concert (and several beers!) my travelling companion fell down the stairs and cracked his head open. The staff were quickly on the scene and provided first aid and water whilst waiting for the ambulance to arrive. My sincere thanks to them for their prompt and professional actions and apologies for the amount of blood over their freshly painted reception area.
My parents stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We've confirmed with the hotel staff on first day we move in that the soaps in room would be replaced and offered new daily. They didn't. Not until we went down to the reception again n again, the staff finally remembered to give us some new, though it's already the last night of our stay. I think the careless staff indeed gave us a bad overall impression of its service.
Good location for tourists. Very helpful staff. Room basic but was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and good coffee!
You get what you pay for and was quite adequet for what we wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Good metro connection, Zone2, Clean, Cheap, BF alright (its free anyway)
It was a bit further to get a metro station than I thought..15mins on foot. But still OK with this price. FYI: The wall is very thin, if you concern about the noise from other rooms, better to find somewhere else. If you are backpackers and dont mind walking 15mins to get a metro station, its worth!
It was in a good location with access to 3 subway lines.
Everything was perfect organize. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for relax. The room very clean and with the bathroom completely new. they have free tea and coffee in the rooms but the best is the breakfast with the scrambled eggs, yogurt and everything else. The hammersmith station is 4 mintues walking, very near, but perfect to access with Piccadilly line to the city center.
In general everything was perfect.
